Monday, April 22nd is Earth Day.  Ask your child about this day and why it is important.

Friday, April 26th is Arbor Day!  Students will be talking about the importance of trees and how they help our environment.  Be sure to ask your child about what they learned today.

Finally, Tuesday, April 30th is the last day of the month.  Be sure to turn in your reading logs so that your books count for the month!

Please remember to send your child to school with a jacket or sweatshirt and sneakers and closed toe shoes.  As the weather continues to warm up, the students will be playing outside.  It’s important for them to have the proper playground attire to avoid injuries and to keep warm.  Please remember – label your child’s belongings so that lost items can be returned to their rightful owner.

As always, should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Norma School Office.

Enjoy the spring weather!
